One of those days!

Today was just one of those days.  You know what I am talking about.  You have a ton to get done and your children all day do nothing but sabotage every effort to get those things accomplished.  Mainly it was Carson, but the others contributed small amounts of distractions  throughout the day as well.  In the first picture you will find Carson getting into the cleaning supplies.  Other than the clorox wipes they are all kid safe (thank heavens for homemade vinegar cleaning solution).  Next you will find the garbage can sitting on top of the kitchen counter due to, you guessed it, Carson digging in it.   Next up is . . . the toilet!  AAAHHH!!! It just keeps getting better!  And no, it hadn't been flushed!  Thanks to our two year old who can never seem to remember to flush . . . also forgot to put the toilet seat down and close the bathroom door.  Two musts in our house!!!  So Carson found his way in there and decided to have a splash fest!   For all who know me, I am a major germ-a-phobe.  This was not good.  No not good at all!  So up to the bath for Carson (even though he had just had one, of course).   While giving him a bath the girls decided to color, which would explain the following photograph.  Our two year old decided to practice her letters.  However, being the forgetful person she is, forgot the paper and went right for the kitchen counter.  Now with this one I was so excited she was writing her letters I decided not to punish and just explain how proud I was but she needed to remember to use paper.  To this she replied, "I know mom, but I was just writing my M's, want to see me do R's?"  What do you say to that?  So I pulled out the paper and she proceeded to show me how she can write R's and H's!  And to finish off the day here is Carson again with his new found talent that I only hope he will grow out of . . . SOON!

Hoping for a better day tomorrow!
