Our little Superheros

I bought Carson's costume before he was even born. When I took Hailey and Emma out to get their costumes I thought for sure they would choose princess outfits. But Hailey saw a supergirl costume and insisted that she had to be like Carson. Then Emma wanted to be like her big sister and of course there was only one supergirl outfit in the whole entire city so it took some searching on the internet, but we finally found one to match Hailey. So here are our three little superheros.

Carvin' Pumpkin's

Hailey and Emma had fun carving pumpkins, but Hailey didn't like the smell. :)

Sweet, but Carson's hungry!

Hailey loves her little brother

Today while I was getting Carson dressed she asked if baby Carson was a cute baby that we could keep him? Then in a sad voice (some might call it a whine), said "I don't want to take him back to the hospital" :). I then had to explain that he is ours to keep and that made her very happy! ;)

Hailey and Emma's silly things they said today

This morning Hailey, Carson and I were laying in bed and Hailey was being really cute and talking to carson. Well Carson had a doctor appointment this morning and Hailey was telling him to be good. She proceeded to say "can you be good Carson? Do you promise?" I thought that was very sweet. Then this afternoon Harry Potter was on and Emma kept calling it "Scary Potter" ;)

Here we are!!!

I never thought that I would be putting a blog together, but here goes. If you haven't heard, our little family of four has just been bumped up to a family of five. Carson Warren Hamm was born on October 8, 2007 at 2:45 a.m. He was 6 lbs 8oz and 19 inches long (the same as his sister Emma)!!! He's a very content little boy and a great eater, just like his daddy. In one week he had already gained over a pound and grown an inch. His sisters absolutely love him and always want to hold him and kiss him. I was a little nervous about having three kids and being completely out numbered, but it has been wonderful. For those of you wondering about the blessing we are kind of waiting to see what happens with my Grandma and also my dad might need to have back surgery so we are also waiting to hear when that is. So please be patient with us!! :) We promise we will let you know when. Hopefully soon!! We will keep you posted and call when we know!!!
