Fun Photo Shoot

I have to give a BIG THANKS to my friend who set up this photo shoot for her daughter and allowed me to come and use her set up.  All I did was bring my camera!!  Talk about convenient!  She has done this with every one of her kids and has the pictures lined up in her kitchen.  Super cute!  I only wish I had done this with my other kids.   But it was fun to do with little miss and she had a great time with it as  you can tell from the pics.

Honest Answers

I found this article on homeschooling and it really hit home.  I find myself doing the same things she used to do and I love how she wrote the article.  Here it is if you are interested!

It's Great to Be 8

Last night, we attended it's great to be 8 night with our baby, Honey.  I guess she's not so much a baby anymore, but she will always be my baby!  Anyways . . . we got to go and learn about what it will be like when she gets baptized when she turns 8.  Crazy!!!  She cannot be turning 8 this year!!!  She was so excited though and when we got home and after we put the kids to bed and thought everyone was asleep, Honey came down super concerned.  She was worried about who was going to say the opening prayer at her baptism.  To funny!!!  Good thing we have a little time left to figure that out!

My Blessings

I know my posts are have been limited as well as the text, but these little blessings are the reason.  When it comes to prioritizing, the blog often has to take a back seat.  But we are still here and alive, in the midst of homeschooling chaos and home renovations (pics of those to come soon!)
