So I had already painted the girls room, but hated the finished project! Plus it made their room stink. So this time we used low voc paint (AMAZING!) and this is the end result. I hope to get new curtains and hang pics, but this is where I have gotten!

Digby is no more! :(
Now I know I will probably get a lot of negative feedback on this post, but I thought you should know that Digby the dog has found a better home. After jumping on Carson and knocking the kids over as well as to many other things to mention we found him another home with another dog to be his companion. He will be happier as are we. I think we are just small dog people. We are thinking of a mini schnauzer. What do you think?
Serious Business!
I've Been Tagged!
This tag is from my friend Tiffany! Thanks Tiffany! So here goes . . .
3 Joys. . .
1.My children, depending on what day you ask me ;)
2.My husband! He is my best friend and I can always count on him. Well, maybe not in the middle of the night, but that's not really his fault. . . is it?
3.My extended family, both on my side and my husband side. I know that may seem cheesy, but it's true. I love being close to family and being able to spend time with them. Besides my husband and children, I am probably happiest when I am with them.
3 Fears. . .
1.Dying! This is not what you think though. It's not the actual dying part that I fear. It's the leaving my husband and children behind and not being able to be there for them when they need me most.
2.My children getting seriously sick. I don't know if I could handle it. I know Heavenly Father would give me the strength, but still a fear no less. You parents understand . . . right?
3.Bridges! This I believe is an inherited fear. My dad and grandma both have the same fear. I could go on forever with my fears, but it said to list only three.
3 Goals. . .
1.To teach my children in my home. I have to admit sending my kid away for the day sounds nice and tempting, especially on those crazy days, but we'll see how it goes.
2.To continue in culinary school. This I could probably due know, because I have such a supportive husband, but the funds are a different story! :)
3.Travel! One of my other fears not listed is flying. I HATE TO FLY! But I want to travel, so we will see how this goal pans out! Plus, I have never really left my kids . . . ever, so that could be a challenge also. I guess there are always missions when the kids get older. Hmmmm....
Current Obsessions . . .
1. This obsession is past, current, and future! Hand sanitizer for my hands and the kids after every shopping trip. They know when they get in the car to hold out there hands and to rub it in! I know that it's not great to constantly sanitize, but what can I say. I am a huge germiphobe. Oh look . . . another fear!
2.Projects! They seem to just keep adding up and I just can't catch up.
3. Making the perfect cookie. I have to say my coconut chocolate chip cookie is pretty good.
Random Surprising Facts about Me . . .
1. I hate milk chocolate. I only like dark.
2.I used to not be able to sleep with the closet doors open. Ask my husband, it's true. Thankfully you can't see our closet from our room. It's through the master bathroom!
3. I always go up or down the stairs starting with my right foot! I don't know why, just do! O.K., a little weird, but that's how it is so just deal with it!
Now I tag . . .
1. Katie Smith
2. Rebecca Pierce
3. Amanda Hamm
4. Jeff Hamm
5. Rachel Holloway

Happy 4th!
We were lucky this fourth to have Robb's parents come and visit. It was a lot of fun! On the fourth Robb invited a guy from work to come and spend the 4th with us. The girls loved him and actually cried more when he left than when Oma and Opa left. Hailey said he was his best friend. While waiting for the fireworks we took rides on the scooters. The best part was watching Jane. She was pretty nervous and I don't think she broke 5 mph and I made sure to get her on video. So here are some pics and the video!
