So I have been massively baking trying to get things in the freezer to hand out later for Christmas. I started with mini lemon poppyseed bread, then yesterday made some of the most delicious chocolate chip cookies ever! I also tried a new recipe for dinner. Orange chicken served over a bed of couscous. Sooooo good!!!! Today I am going to attempt to make chocolate petit four cakes with a chocolate peppermint glaze. I can hardly wait! I will try to put the recipes on

Stuart looked a lot like that picture of Carson on the day he turned two. We gave him cupcakes and he really enjoyed them. Looks like Carson likes your cookies just as well.
I can't wait to try some of your recipies, especially the orange chicken. YUM!
