Here is the newest member of our family! Sorry it took so long to get pictures up. Our hard drive was completely full so it took a while to transfer files to an external hard drive. But here they are. Adeline was born on July 8, bright and early at 2:08 am. She weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. She was by far my most difficult delivery. The labor part was a breeze, but because she was facing up she didn't not want to come out. After changing positions numerous times, watching her heart rate drop with each contraction and pushing for over and hour and a half we all thought that I was headed for a c-section. Thankfully we had a really good doctor who was able to manually turn her and once she turned around she came out just fine. We had to stay a few extra days in the hospital because her bilirubin levels kept rising and after and IV and a couple of days on lights we were able to come home. We are all loving her and I am cherishing every minute.
Now I only need to find a name to give her for our blog. Any thoughts?

Congratulations!! She is SOOO cute! Sorry about the hard delivery but I'm so glad you guys are doing well! That's funny you're asking for a blog name because for some reason the first thing that came to my mind when I came to your blog was just that, and then the first thing that popped in my head was Skittles. haha, don't know why! But anyways I'm glad you're both doing well! What a fun time!
She is adorable! I vote Pigpen... Glad you're home safe and sound and hope that she sleeps well and lets you get some sleep too!
Love ya
Congrats, Heather! She is beautiful, look at all that dark hair! I hope your first week with her is much easier and peaceful than you expected. :) Take care of yourself.
Wow, I had no clue you were that far along. Congratulations. It was an awsome suprise to see this post. The only related name to pigs that I can think of off the top of my head has to do with the color of a ham. Pinky or Rosie.
oh cousin! she is so beautiful! the picture of all of your kids looking at their new sister is so cute! you have the most beautiful children! I wish I could have been there! I can't wait to see you in a month!! love you!
Heather, she is so beautiful! Almost born on my birthday... little stinker should have been a couple hours earlier. I love her already. It looks like your kiddos do too! I can't wait to meet her. So glad things went okay! Please let me know if you need anything
So cute~! She has so much hair--how fun! :) I am glad you were finally able to leave the hospital--sounds like quite the adventure!!! geesh!!! Take care of yourself--and good luck on this new adventure! :)
Congrats!! She is beautiful.
Congratulations! What a beautiful little girl. I am sorry to hear about the complications during delivery. I'm glad everything worked out okay. Once you hold that sweet baby in your arms it always makes it worth it.
Congratulations! That is so wonderful to have another new baby! She's beautiful. She could be the baconator
Congratulations to you and your family! Adeline is so precious and cute. I agree with Tigershark's idea for a blog name, "Pigpen".
Yeah, didn't realize you were looking for names that have to do with pigs. What about Miss Piggy or Tenderloin? =)
Congrats to you all! WHERE DOES SHE COME FROM? She doesn't look like the others at all!! We think she looks kind of like a darker version of Jane ("we" being Amanda, mom and I). She is beautiful, so peaceful! I'm glad her jaundice wasn't serious, it's so nice that you got it taken care of fast and that you didn't have to do it at home! I'm glad you had such a knowledgeable doc and that the baby was turned. I think she should be called "daisy" or something. I don't know. I was thinking she was the thirteenth grandchild, so I was going to say, "lucky" but I guess Braden's baby is 13. Hmmmmmm...you'll think of something once you get to know her better!
How about Sweet Pea or Petunia. Petunia was Porky's girl friend in the cartoons (not that it has to be pork related). Sweet Pea is really cute! Good luck. Have the other kids put in their two cents worth? Just curious.
what a doll! so sorry about delivery..posteior babies are DIFFICULT to deliver! Glad that everything is going well! I love Pat's suggestion of Sweet Pea or Petunia. Or instead of PigPen..just Penny.
Congrats! I didn't realize you were so far along, either. So you have 3 girls and one boy and I have 3 boys and one girl. Kaylee wants a sister. I wonder if your little boy will want a brother later...? :-)
Sooo sweet!!! You and your hubby make beautiful babies!!! Sweet little pumpkin. :)
sorry its so late but CONGRATS she really is beautiful!
