My kids have been pretty good regarding scissors. They have never cut their hair or the hair of a sibling . . . yet (knock on wood), but this last week I discovered something. I have a docking station for our camera sitting on my desk. This docking system is the only way to upload pictures to my computer. Well, wanting to update my blog I went to put my camera on the dock. I plugged it in and pushed the button and nothing happened. I checked the power supply again and everything looked like it should be a go. So I proceed to start pulling everything apart to figure out the source of the problem and guess what? I found it!! One of the kids, still don't know which one, cut the usb cord connecting the docking station to the computer. I would have a picture for you of the damage, but no can do. Still can't load pictures!!! What's a blogging girl to do? It was a sad, sad day. Even writing this brings a small tear to my eye.

So sad! Isn't it amazing what happens when we're not looking? I'm about to let Ella watch a show while I take a shower. Hopefully no mischief will happen. ;0) Have a great day!
Oh no! Sad day! Do you not have a memory card slot in your computer? We used to use the cord to connect the camera and computer but it's just easier to slip in the card.
I need your help with homeschooling. I remember reading that you got your lesson plans and materials from somewhere. Where did you get it all? I want to do homeschool but now I have to sit down and actually start working on it and getting the supplies. It all is a little intimidating and was wondering where you got your stuff. I think I can do it but I am not sure that I can come up with all the activities and craft things by myself. Anyway, I was just wondering if you could help with that. Thanks!
